1)это не BIOS виноват, а датчик. Если это была бы реальная температура — машина бы "зависла".

2) реальную температуру можно померять бесплатной утилитой:

но если это сбой датчика, то утилита покажет ту же температуру что и в BIOS.
Ну , не поленитесь утилитой померять, по крайней мере.

БИОС перепрошить можно

вентилятор нормально вращается, да и не ставил я авторегулировку скорости, так как при этом проц быстрее нагревался.

надо точную проблему выявить! может датчик полетел..

ну перепрошить недолго. хотя бы в чем то определиться.
а датчик чинить. %)

в проге показывает ту же температуру 114,5

Поддержу Muxa перепрошить новым биосом. Это не первый случай.

Кстати, в какой проге? просто everest показывает одни температуры, а RealTemp — другие, более точные температуры ядер (во всяком случае где то написано было что по другому темп. берет и в реальной работе, например, эверест кажет 59-60 град, RealTemg — 25-30-31-29 соответственно по ядрам)

1.Программный мониторинг с цифровых термодатчиков ядер (DTS) на кристалле.

Технология Platform Environment Control Interface (PECI) используется для управления скоростью вращения ветилятора в зависимости от нагрева процессора. Однако данные, получаемые для PECI от цифровых термодатчиков (DTS), расположенных на кристалле вблизи ядер (каждому ядру по DTS), представляют собой не абсолютные показания температур, а отрицательное число — дельту до срабатывания TCC. Таким образом, зная абсолютную температуру, при которой срабатывает TCC, можно программно определить текущую температуру ядер по значению дельты. Проблема в том, что у разных степпингов процессоров Core 2 температура срабатывания TCC различается, и эти значения компанией Intel не декларируется (не документированы) для пользователей и разработчиков ПО — что во многих случаях ставит под вопрос корректность программного мониторинга температур ядер с помощью DTS ядер. Из этого необходимо сделать следующий важный вывод: нельзя полностью доверять программному мониторингу температур ядер процессоров Core 2, так как подобный мониторинг использует данные, не предназначенные производителем для определения температур пользователем или сторонними разработчиками ПО. Такой программный мониторинг может дать только приблизительное представление о текущем тепловом режиме (а может дать и точное — зависит от того, как настроена сама программа/утилита мониторинга).

2.Программный мониторинг с общего термодиода на кристалле процессора.

Это более старый метод программного мониторинга, который использовался в старых процессорах (включая модели на архитектуре NetBurst: Pentium 4, Celeron D, Pentium D, Pentium XE) для управления скоростью кулеров и термозащиты, и все ещё используется в моделях семейства Core. Значение температуры определяется косвенно, по изменению напряжения на диоде при p-n переходе. К сожалению, параметры пересчета зависят от различных параметров, которые должны быть заданы в микросхеме мониторинга. А из этого следует зависимость показаний мониторинга от версий BIOS-ов материнских плат. Кроме того, термодиод всего один на процессор, и расположен он на периферии кристалла — значит, будет всегда давать пониженные показания из-за конечной теплопроводности кристалла процессора, в отличие от DTS. Так что, нет смысла ориентироваться на показания общих термодиодов для последних моделей процессоров Intel.

В технических документациях Intel указывает для каждой модели значение Thermal Specification (посмотреть его для каждой модели также можно здесь). Это значение соответствует максимальной рабочей температуре корпуса процессора, и измеряется оно в геометрическом центре теплораспределительной крышки (Tcase/Tc) термопарой. Однако и здесь не обходится без проблем: зависимость изменения показаний термопары нелинейная, она требует калибровки, и установка термопары в точке измерения Tc ухудшает эффективность системы охлаждения на участке <процессор — подошва кулера>.

Question Corsair H150i iCUE require iCUE software?

I expect that using the iCUE software is better, but not required.

When you install that system, the instructions are to connect a cable from the pump to the CPU_FAN header, and the cables to the RAD FANS do NOT go to the mobo. Instead they plug into output connectors on a cable from the pump. When you then run the iCUE software, it knows that the PUMP speed will be read from the CPU_FAN header where the cable is connected, and the FAN speeds will be read from the pump unit itself — there is also a cable from the pump to a mobo USB2 header for communication with iCUE. iCUE controls the FAN speeds that way as well as monitoring them for failure. iCUE also monitors the PUMP for failure (VERY important) from its speed signal on the CPU_FAN header. It also allows you some options for setting pump speeds for fine-tuning its controls, a feature many AIO systems do not have. But most importantly, any cooling control system has a few "tuning parameters" for system response times and amplifier gain, etc. that you never see, and these are pre-set by Corsair exactly suited to the way the H150i system operates. ALL cooling of the CPU is controlled by iCUE and you can customize that in that software. The BIOS display of "CPU Fan Speed" will really be the PUMP, and there will be NO ability in BIOS to see and show the rad fans — that is done in iCUE.

If you do NOT install as instructed, then you NEED to change how connections are made so the mobo normal control system can operate. First, the cable connection from the PUMP to the mobo should go to your mobo’s PUMP header. That will operate the pump at full speed all the time, monitor and display its speed for you, and check it for failure. Then the RAD FANS need to be connected, using a simple SPLITTER, to the CPU_FAN header. That will control their speeds according to the CPU chip’s cooling needs and monitor one of them for failure while displaying its speed. You will NOT need the cable to connect to a mobo USB2 header if you NEVER want to run iCUE. Then all control of CPU cooling is done by your mobo and you can customize that in BIOS Setup if you wish. This does mean, though, that the "tuning parameters" it uses are those suited to a common fan and heatsink cooler, rather than the AIO system. Not a big deal, but it is a difference.
